Volunteer Experience

I had the chance to volunteer and be a mentor at my church, where I worked closely with kids and helped them through different situations. I focused on supporting them and making sure they felt comfortable and understood. I also came up with activities and games to keep them engaged and interested. This experience taught me how to be patient and how to work with different personalities. It also helped me learn how to stay calm and supportive, even in different situations. I feel like this will help me in my future career because I’ll be working with all kinds of people and need to be understanding and flexible.
